# One-Page AI Usage Policy

**Approved Tools**
All business-related AI interactions must take place on approved corporate enterprise licenses with zero model-training terms enabled. Consumer/free-tier AI tools are not approved for any work involving company or client data.

**Data Classification**
Personally identifiable information (PII), confidential client records, and proprietary financial models are strictly prohibited from consumer web interfaces. Only enterprise-tier tools with a signed data processing agreement may handle classified data.

**Output Verification**
Staff members are personally accountable for the factual accuracy of any AI-assisted work product before external distribution. AI output is a draft, not a deliverable, until a human has verified it.

**Ownership**
Any newly proposed AI tool must receive sign-off from the designated AI Executive Owner before purchase or API integration. No department may independently adopt a new AI tool without this review.

**Review Cadence**
This policy is reviewed quarterly by the designated AI Executive Owner, alongside a log of approved tools, active vendor contracts, and any incidents or near-misses reported by staff.
